Join us for our Fall Gathering of the Rainbow Entrepreneur Collective: a space for 2SLGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs, leaders and changemakers to connect, share stories, and build relationships that sustain both our businesses and our lives.

At REC, we create spaces where 2SLGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs, leaders, and change-makers can show up as their full selves. Our gatherings are an invitation to take off the masks, to share stories from lived experience, and to listen with presence to the stories of others.

This October 7th at BDC Square, we’ll come together in small groups to connect beyond the surface and grow our leadership through storytelling. Each voice adds to a vibrant tapestry of perspectives — leaving us with renewed inspiration, deeper relationships, and a sense of lightness we can carry back into our work and lives. By showing up, honestly sharing, and listening with an open heart, we promise you’ll be inspired to shine brighter through your business.

What to Expect:

• Small Group Story Circles: Lightly facilitated conversations that go deeper than surface introductions.

• Time to Build Your Network: Casual, unpressured space to meet and connect with fellow entrepreneurs.

• Community Energy: We’ve intentionally bucked the usual event trends to create spaces where it feels safe to be vulnerable, attentive, and real. Sober-centred, consent-based, and grassroots-led — all in service of connection that nourishes.

A Couple Notes:

• A Sober Space: We prioritise safety, presence, and authentic connection. No alcohol will be served.

• Allies? REC is a volunteer-run organization focused on supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ community; as such, our events are catered specifically to members of the rainbow community, and we kindly request that allies find another avenue to supporting queers in business.
